There is a drain plug on the bottom of the tank.
Build or buy a skid plate the tank bottom is approx 1 4 thick.

So if you go to the fill spout hose it goes straight down to the tank neck the drain plug is directly below that so if you find a cover undernieth the machine in this location remove that cover to access the plug in the tank.
