I bought this because i needed a low profile 200mm fan to fit my in my case above a tower cooler cm haf xb and hyper 212.

The fan is fairly quiet but not very smooth vibration can be felt through the frame the motor rumbles a little and makes occasional scratching and clicking noises which can become more annoying when run at less than nominal 12v. Apparently this unit is made be a german company which has no interest in helping their customers actually install it in the computer. The leds are not super bright but they are nice and red. It moves a decent amount of air for as thin as it is. So for all intent and purpose this spectre model should be classified as a 200mm fan too.
